Anderson is President of Orchestration, Inc., a company that works with owners, managers, and management teams of thriving service businesses to achieve a clearer vision, flawless execution, and breakthrough results.  With over 20 years of diverse experiences in consulting and operations planning & management, she offers planning and goal setting, operational improvement, and management development through three main services:  business coaching, consulting and facilitation services.  She has been engaged to accelerate the learning and growth of her clients, to help them plan and implement strategic business initiatives, improve bottom line performance, resolve critical operational issues like declining customer satisfaction and inefficient delivery processes, and create energized work environments. 

Ms. Anderson’s extensive professional experience enables her to quickly translate opportunities into results.  Her assignments range from coaching individuals through rapid growth and other transitions, to facilitating management teams and Boards of Directors through their business planning and implementation efforts, to serving as an advisor and instructor for continuous improvement, facilitating technology implementation projects, and leading consulting projects. 

Corporate clients and employers include:  The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, LaSalle Bank (now part of Bank of America), The Northern Trust, Pullman Bank and Trust Company, American National Bank (now part of JPMorgan Chase & Co.), and KPMG.  Small business clients include an Information Technology (IT) services provider, event rigging company, senior relocation services provider, mortgage broker, real estate developer, non-profit organizations, and other service businesses. 

Ms. Anderson earned an MBA from DePaul University, with a concentration in finance, and a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.  She is a certified mediator through the Center for Conflict Resolution.  She is an adjunct faculty member at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
